How to Deposit
Click the 'Deposit' button in the 'Transfers' menu (or in the top-right corner of the page):
Select the currency you wish to deposit. Copy your deposit address and paste it into the destination field in the wallet/exchange/service from which you are transferring funds:
Alternatively you can simply scan the QR code provided.
Currencies that are currently available for deposits are: BTC, ETH, USDT(erc-20) and USDC(erc-20).
BTC deposits require 3 block confirmations which generally takes around 40 minutes;
ETH and ERC-20 tokens (USDT, USDC) require 6-10 block confirmations, which usually takes around 4 minutes.
This timeframe may vary for different currencies as well as blockchain congestion. Once a transfer has been processed on the blockchain, it will be reflected in your Transfers. TurboXBT does not charge any deposit fees.
Buying Crypto via Credit card/SEPA transfers
To purchase BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC, click the ’Bank Card’ button in the Deposit section of your account, or click the 'Buy with card' button under the selected currency:
Next:
1️⃣ Choose the Currency you want to purchase and transfer to your TurboXBT account;
2️⃣ Choose your payment Currency;
3️⃣ Choose payment Method that you wish to use and click 'Buy';
Next, follow the steps below in accordance with the chosen payment method:
4️⃣ Select the Amount that you wish to pay with. Click 'Buy Now':
A separate account registered with Coinify is required to purchase crypto via Coinify.
5️⃣If you already have a Coinify account, login into it.
If you do not have a Coinify account, click 'Create New account' and proceed to step 6️⃣
Please note that Coinify login credentials are different from TurboXBT.
6️⃣ If you do not have a Coinify account, create one. Enter your Email, choose Password for your Coinify account, select your Country and click 'Verify Email':
Go to your email inbox and Confirm registration of your Coinify account.
7️⃣Now, confirm your payment method:
8️⃣Check the Order Summary, then click 'Go To Payment':
When using the Coinify payment option for the first time, you will be required to pass their KYC procedure (confirm your identity) in order to verify your Coinify account for future purchases.
Follow the Verification steps and provide the requested documents:
9️⃣Enter your Payment Details (e.g. card info) and click 'Pay Now' or 'Reserve' to confirm the purchase:
Note that all deposits via Coinify may take additional time as your transaction requires confirmation with their exchange service as well. As soon as the payment will be processed by Coinify, the purchased funds will be allocated to your TurboXBT account.
How to Withdraw
Click the 'Withdraw' button in the 'Transfers' menu:
The Withdraw menu will appear:
Choose your withdrawal (destination) address (or add a new withdrawal address)
Enter the Amount that you want to withdraw
Click 'Submit to withdraw'
Open your email inbox and confirm the withdrawal.
TurboXBT processes all pending withdrawals once a day, between 12:00 and 14:00 UTC. A withdrawal requested before 12:00 UTC will be processed on the same day. Any withdrawal requested after 12:00 UTC will be processed on the next day.
Withdrawal address whitelisting
Click 'Add new address' in the 'Destination Address' field
The 'New withdrawal address' window will now appear:
Enter your external crypto wallet address and choose Comment (you can enter anything you wish in the 'comment' field to help you keep track of your withdrawal addresses)
Click 'Add'.
In the next pop-up window, enter the last whitelisting PIN code that you receive in your email inbox:
Once an address has been whitelisted it can then be used for future withdrawals, without additional whitelisting confirmations.
